Cancellation Policy

TrimX Men’s Salon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service appointment.

Appointments may be cancelled by the salon at its discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Suspected fraudulent transactions.
  2. Transactions not aligned with our Terms of Service.
  3. External circumstances outside the control of TrimX Men’s Salon, such as logistical issues.

Refund Policy

Before Service Delivery

If a customer cancels an appointment before the service date, a full refund will be issued.

After Service Confirmation but Before Service Delivery

If the appointment has been confirmed but not yet provided, it may still be cancelled, but TrimX Men’s Salon may deduct a fee for reservation and administrative costs.

After Service Delivery

Services rendered cannot be refunded. Once a service is completed, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Refundable Services

Any services that are provided on a non-refundable basis will be clearly marked as such, such as special promotional offerings.

Mistaken Transactions

In cases of failed or duplicate transactions, the full amount charged will be refunded.

Transaction Charges

For any cancelled appointment or failed transaction, transaction charges imposed by banks or credit card companies may not be refunded.

Accuracy and Timing of Refunds

TrimX Men’s Salon does not guarantee the exact timing of refunds reaching the customer’s bank/card account.

Partial Cancellations

For partially cancelled services, the refund will correspond only to the part of the service that was cancelled.
