What is the Franchisee Fee?

The Franchisee shall pay a non-refundable one-time sum of ₹ 15 lacs, exclusive of GST as the Franchisee Fee.

What does the Franchisee Fee include?

The Franchisee fee includes getting associated with the brand and using the brand’s name and its branding along with the use of provided furniture and equipment to start off.

Are there any promotional franchisee fee discounts available?

Yes. We are open to the idea of a franchise fee discount for a woman-owned franchise and also for seniors and specially-abled. This will be between 2-5% max.

What will be the validity of the Franchisee Agreement?

The agreement will be valid for 5 years which is renewable after every 5 years. Renewal fee is ₹ 25,000/-.

How much does the store set-up cost?

The store set-up costs ₹10 lacs + GST for a 350-450 sq ft carpet outlet.

Do we need to pay any royalty?

Yes, 35% + GST royalty is charged on the net sales. 5% + GST for marketing initiative.

How much time does it take to find good property? Will you assist in finding it?

Ideally it takes about 30-45 days from the date of signing of the franchise agreement. Yes, we will assist in finding the best suited location for TrimX salons.

Who Should Become a TrimX Franchisee?

Anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be part of a fast growing business should become a TrimX franchisee.

What if the business/sales doesn’t pick-up?

We will assist in relocation of the store. Transfer or replacement of franchisee.

Am I guaranteed success if I buy a Franchisee?

No. A franchisor gives the franchisee an opportunity to follow the business system that the franchisor has proven to be successful. Your success as a franchisee highly depends on the commitment you give to the business.
