Your details
Short version: we keep your name and number so a shop can call you back, and we do nothing else with them. No selling, no ad networks, no mailing list you did not ask for.
What we collect, and when
Only what you type into a form, at the moment you press the button. There are three forms on this site and this is everything they store:
- Booking a chair — your name and mobile number, plus the shop, service, date and time you chose.
- Franchise enquiry — your name, mobile number and the city you want to open in.
- Chair for hire — your name, mobile number and the shop you prefer.
We also record which page you sent it from, and any campaign tag on the link that brought you here, so we know which of our own adverts and pages actually work. That is not tied to anything about you beyond the enquiry itself.
Browsing the site without filling in a form stores nothing about you.
Why we keep it
So somebody can get back to you. Most bookings finish on WhatsApp, and messages fail: people change their mind halfway, the tab closes, the network drops. If we did not keep the request, a person who chose a shop and a time would simply be lost, and they would turn up expecting a chair that nobody held.
We use it for that, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who can see it
The TrimX team who handle bookings and franchise enquiries. It is stored in a managed database hosted by Neon, and the site itself runs on Vercel — both hold the data on our behalf and neither uses it for anything of their own.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for a year, which covers a customer coming back and asking what they had done last time. Franchise and chair enquiries are kept for three years, because those conversations genuinely run that long. After that they are deleted.
Getting it deleted
Message us and say so. You do not need a reason and you do not need to explain yourself — ask, and it goes. You can also ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.

Cookies
On trimx.in we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually use. It sets cookies in your browser that tell it whether you have been here before, and it tells us things like which shop pages get read and which city people came from — never who you are.
We have turned off the parts of Google Analytics that build advertising audiences, so your visit is not fed to any ad network. That is a setting in our code, not a promise: Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off wherever the tag runs.
Nothing else sets a cookie. No advertising pixels, no social trackers, no session recording. If you would rather not be counted at all, your browser’s “block third-party cookies” setting or any tracker blocker stops it, and the site works exactly the same without it.
