Effective 17 September 2026. The TrimX website does not currently take payment or create a confirmed reservation.
Cancel a request
Reply to the shop on WhatsApp or call +91 70977 09722 as soon as possible. Because a website request is only confirmed after the shop replies, cancelling before confirmation carries no website fee.
Payment or service issue
Payments are handled by the salon, not this website. Raise the issue with the salon that took the payment and keep the receipt or transaction reference. The salon will review the service, payment method and circumstances before confirming any remedy.
